As the phase implies, this phase of the delivery model focuses on facilitating discussions to gain a detailed understanding of the purpose of the solution. Much of the discussions will focus on the needs of the organization, some of the current pain points and clearly defined measures of success. This information will then guide Summit to design a solution that aligns to the needs of the client.
